it calls my cell phone - autodialer

James Baker, Summer Bay Compliance Officer, claims that this number does not belong to them. He also stated that he would investigate to try to find out who the number actually was.

This number calls me once a week. There is no one on the other line. It disconnects after about 20 seconds. Other sites have informed me that it's Excel, but I do not have an excel account. I recently got a new phone, so I imagine they are trying to reach the previous customer. I don't know how to get them to stop.

This number called me 13 times on Saturday and at least 5 times today. I have never spoken to anyone. I have never even heard a recorded message when I answer the calls.

I've asked twicw to be removed from the call list. I have also now filed a complaint with the FCC. I suggest you do the same if they are harassing you with non stop calls.

i also called the 800 number someone listed above. after working my way through the automated system, i got a live person who told me that they were calling me on behalf of toshiba tv to see if i wanted to continue my warranty. i told her i don't have a toshiba tv, and to remove me from their list immediately. and she did! (let's see if anymore calls come in before i get too excited.) call the 800 number, it seems to work! good luck!

this is a scam. do not give them any info at all. they ask for credit card info. dont do it. report them to the ftc.
